ZACK PERRY, CFA
Zack is Co-CIO and a Partner at Vine Street Wealth Management.
Prior to starting Vine Street, Zack spent 19 years at several investment management firms. The first 13 years were at Franklin Templeton, of which he spent 10 years running a successful small cap product, which he grew from $10 million to over $1 billion in assets. After Franklin, he was a Principal and Portfolio Manager at Osterweis Capital Management.
Zack earned an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Psychology from Princeton University. He has been designated a CFA charterholder and is a member of the CFA Society of San Francisco.
Zack currently serves as the finance committee chair for the San Francisco board of Summer Search. He also serves on the financial committee at the Meadow Club.
Sasha is Co-CIO and a Partner at Vine Street Wealth Management.
Prior to Vine Street, Sasha was a Portfolio Manager and Partner at Osterweis Capital Management for fourteen years. As a Portfolio Manager he was involved in managing a number of investment products including separately managed accounts, mutual funds, and a long-short equity hedge fund. Prior to Osterweis, Sasha was a senior strategy consultant at the Monitor Group in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Sasha is the Treasurer of Temple Emanu-El, a trustee of the Summer Search Foundation, a director at the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco, and a member of the Investment Committee at Marin Country Day School. Sasha is also a graduate of the Wexner Heritage Fellowship Program.
An immigrant from the former Soviet Union, Sasha came to the Bay Area at the age of 16. He holds a BA in Philosophy and History, (Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa) from Brandeis University, an MA in Philosophy from UMass Amherst, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
John is a Partner at Vine Street Wealth Management.
Prior to Vine Street, he spent 22 years in institutional equity research sales and capital markets at CLSA, Wells Fargo and Prudential. In this role, John regularly delivered investment advice and recommendations to some of world’s largest investment management firms. He frequently interacted with corporate executives while researching ideas and placing both public and private equity transactions.
John holds a mechanical engineering degree from
Michigan State and an MBA from The Marshall School
at University of Southern California.
